2024 Event

The Eighth Annual A Night in Their Shoes raised over $414,000 for The Aidan Project's scholarship fund. The Aidan Project scholarship fund has paid for more than 2,000 hours of therapy services so far in 2024. The night was packed with entertainment including a live and silent auction, Golden Ticket Raffle, live music from Wonderfuzz, and a video highlighting Tirzah's Story, a 3-time Aidan Project scholarship recipient. We are proud to share her amazing progress due, in part, to her ability to continue therapy services using her scholarship funds from The Aidan Project.

2017 Event

Our first fundraiser, A Night in Their Shoes, was a great success! Guests at our event had an opportunity to learn more about Sensory Processing Disorder and to experience what it feels like to have some of these difficulties, firsthand. The event included interactive stations around the room that simulated the experience that many children with developmental delays have completing everyday tasks on a daily basis. We raised more than $43,000, and all proceeds from the event went to our scholarship fund! We are thrilled to use this money to directly impact the lives of children in Kansas City.
